Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We require at least 48 hours notice to move a session. If notice is given prior to 48 hours, your retainer will cleanly transfer to a new date within the calendar year. Weather Cancellations: Because we collaborate with Swansboro Soccer Association, any outdoor session interrupted by severe weather will be moved inside the clubhouse or rescheduled at zero additional cost to your family. Sensory & Health Exemptions: We understand that unpredictable sensory or health days happen. If your child is sick or having a severe behavioral struggle on the morning of the session, please notify us immediately so we can pause, reset, and reschedule your slot without penalty.
